张自政,男,汉族,中共党员,河南信阳人,1988年11月生,现为湖南科技大学副教授,博士生导师,湖南科技大学高层次人才-奋进学者。
2011年获中国矿业大学工学学士学位;2016年6月获中国矿业大学大学工学博士学位。International Journal of Mining Sciences and Technology 优秀青年编委(2021),Advances in Civil Engineering Guested editor, International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences、Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering、International Journal of Mining Sciences and Technology 等多个国内外期刊审稿人。曾获2020年度湖南省科技进步奖二等奖1项(排名第2)、2022/2020年度中国煤炭工业科学技术奖二等奖各1项(排名第6/第1)、2017年度中国煤炭工业科学技术奖三等奖1项(排名第1)、2018年度贵州省科学技术进步奖三等奖1项(排名第4)。
主要从事无煤柱开采、巷道围岩控制、采矿岩石力学、矿山无机功能材料等方面的研究工作。作为负责人,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、湖南省自然科学基金1项、湖南省教育厅优秀青年基金1项、国家重点实验室开放基金1项、其他省部级重点实验室开放基金3项,校企合作项目多项。以第一作者/通讯作者的身份在International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences、Structural Control and Health Monitoring、Engineering Failure Analysis和International Journal of Mining Science and Technology等国内外著名期刊发表学术论文30余篇(ESI热点1篇、高被引4篇);以第一作者的身份出版学术专著1部;授权国家发明专利5项(第一发明人2项),实用新型专利14项
